Review: Ra is one of those bands that keeps plugging along, even though they never seem to catch a break. And it’s too bad, because the musicianship is head and shoulders above most radio-rock bands. Black Sun continues Ra’s trend of rock that makes you take notice, great melodies, and just a touch of that Eastern twinge to keep it interesting.
