Review: This album leaked about a month or so before it was actually released, and spread like wildfire all over the internet due to the excited anticipation for it. Judging from everyone else’s reactions, no one was disappointed. I grabbed the leak as well, and I think this album is fantastic. Easily their best work since White Pony (and I really enjoyed Saturday Night Wrist), this one has a little bit of everything that makes the Deftones the Deftones. Rocking out with songs like CMND/CTRL and Rocket Skates, more atmospheric stuff with You’ve Seen The Butcher and Beauty School, and stuff in-between. Just a great listen all the way through from the first song to the last.
