Review: I saw the video for “The Power of I and I” on Headbangers Ball, and after downloading some of the album, I found it used. Whereas The Art of Balance was their breakthrough, this album solidified their stature at the forefront of the new American heavy metal movement. I like it, and that’s all that matters to me, but it’s also been critically acclaimed by most metal critics and fans alike as a nearly perfect metal record.
