Review: The long awaited follow-up to Disclaimer has the band growing a little bit. The songs are better, the instrumentation is a little more complex, and the vocals are clearer. It helps that theres a cohesive band around Shaun Morgan this time, and while the songs largely have the same structure as the last one, there is a nice variation on this. I still like this one the least of the three, however.
