Review: The kids from Coral Springs came back with the sequel to their cheeky EP of movie soundtrack covers, this time expanding it into a full blown 11 songs. It’s still fun, and the song selection is pretty good (Kiss Me, The Promise, King of Wishful Thinking, Iris, Crazy For You, Head Over Heels, etc), but something about it just doesn’t have as much “funness” to it as the original EP did. Not quite sure what it is, but despite that, it’s still a riot to listen to pop-punk bands do covers of songs that would never fit the genre!
