Review: A friend in high school got me interested in Jeff Buckley, actually by accident, as she taped it on the opposite side of whatever tape I was initally interested in (which I can’t remember). Needless to say, this isn’t at all in my usual listening realm, but this folky/jangly singer-songwriter caught my attention. He usually sang in a sort of falsetto voice, and most of the songs are very stripped down, but the song compostion was incredible. A great mellow listen.
